Cancellation Statement

At Braj Nidhi, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth hospitality operations. By confirming a reservation, guests agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

All reservations are considered confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from Braj Nidhi.

Guests may be required to pay either full advance payment or partial advance payment depending on the booking type, season, or group size.

2. Standard Cancellation Policy

7 Days or More

Cancellation made 7 days or more before check-in: Eligible for up to 90% refund after deduction of applicable transaction or processing charges.

3 to 6 Days

Cancellation made 3 to 6 days before check-in: Eligible for up to 50% refund.

Within 48 Hours

Cancellation made within 48 hours of check-in: No refund shall be applicable.

3. No-Show Policy

If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior information, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
